David Starkey

David Starkey our Field Operations Manager grew up working on a dairy farm from a young age. This sparked his love for the outdoors. He has been an avid hunter and nature conservationist ever since he was old enough to take his hunters safety course. He is supported by his wife and 2 kids in his extreme passion for horticulture and ensuring plants can survive in their environment. He has always had a natural talent for painting natural landscapes in real life.

Tim Schnitker

Tim Schnitker our Office Manager grew up the son of a firefighter, and grandson of a farmer and a construction contractor. This molded him into the service minded, outdoor lover, business dreamer he is today. He himself is an active volunteer firefighter, church youth group leader, active in the Boy Scouts of America, husband, and father. His love of the outdoor, his passion to help others, and his business skills allows him to help us thrive.
